| Q. What day is the Garbage picked up? |
| A.
Tuesday.
You can put your garbage out the night before (no sooner) and need to
remove your cans by the end of the day on Tuesday. |

| Q. Where can I put My satellite
dish? |
| A.
Satellite Dishes are
NOT allowed on roofs!! Any
alterations MUST be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval via
an architectural change form. You can locate the form on this web page.
This process is outlined in the Rules & Regulations of the Association. |

my Assessment pay for? |
| A.
The answer
is contained within your budget. If you don’t have a copy please contact
Management to obtain a copy. |

How long
does this application process take and where do I send it? |
| A.
Please
submit the form to Management. A response normally takes anywhere from 1
to 3 weeks. You are welcome to mail, fax or e-mail your request. |

But I see
satellite dishes everywhere so why do I have to apply for approval? |
| A.
Unfortunately many of the satellite dishes you see are in violation of
the Rules. To be sure that you are following proper procedures we
strongly encourage you to follow the Rules of the Association and submit
that application. |

neighbors are violating the Rules what can I do? |
| A.
Please
submit a compliant, in writing, to the Management Office so that a
violation letter may be sent out. You are welcome to mail, fax or e-mail
your complaint. |

| Q. Who do we call if we have
any questions, problems or concerns regarding the Play Ground or Golf
Course? |
| A.
Both of these areas, though they abut our property, belong to the Park
District. If you have any issues at all you need to contact the Park
district directly. |
