order to make your transition into our community more convenient, we’ve
compiled some information that we think will be of assistance.

New homeowners must notify
the association that they’ve purchased a home within our community.
Written notice should be provided by the buyer or buyer’s attorney to
the association through Caruso Management Group, 800 W. 5th
Avenue, Suite 110B, Naperville, Illinois, Tel: (630) 717-7188, Fax:
(630) 305-7804. In accordance with our rules and regulations,
notification must be made to association management within 10-15 days of your closing.
Assessments
Assessments are due on the
first day of each month. For your convenience, payments may be made
through direct (ACH) withdrawal from your checking account. To enroll
in our direct withdrawal program, please
click on this link. Once your
completed form is received the Board or Caruso Management will notify
you when the first payment will be withdrawn from your account. Please
continue writing a check to pay your monthly assessment until you are
notified that direct debit on your account has been activated.
Insurance
While the association
maintains insurance for common elements, unit owners are required to
purchase additional liability coverage. To learn more about such
policies, consult with your insurance agent. For more information about
insurance requirements, see Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations.
Rules and Regulations
The Board takes pride in
fostering a safe and comfortable community for our property owners. In
order to maintain such an environment, we ask all of our residents to
become familiar with and to comply with the Board approved Rules and

Utilities
Electricity
The City of Naperville is
the sole provider of electricity to The Enclave and to the rest of
Naperville. To learn more about becoming an electricity customer,

Natural Gas
Nicor Gas is our provider of natural gas. To establish service, contact
Nicor’s customer service department 24 hours a day at 888/642-6748.
Other Utilities
A variety of companies
provide cable television, telephone, and other services. For
